  • 200 gm Lady finger Bhindi
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • Water (for sprinkling)
  • Oil for deep frying


  • 1 tbsp Dry amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder (dry coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala


  • Wash and Cut the cap and tail of all the lady fingers
  • Next slice them thinly and horizontally
  • Now deseed them i.e. remove their seeds
  • Next take the lady fingers in a mixing bowl and add all the spices to it
  • Now, add the rice flour and besan to it
  • Mix them well
  • Sprinkle some water on it if it feels dry and mix well again
  • Now, deep fry the lady fingers in hot oil on a medium flame
  • Stir occasionally to turn them crispy
  • Transfer to a serving plate
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on the Kurkuri bhindi at the time of serving
  • Enjoy tasty kurkuri bhindi and relish your tongue...
