Red Chili Sauce

  • 10-12 Any Spicy Red Chillies (preferably Kashmiri Red Chillies)
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt or adjust according to taste
  • 1.5 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup


  • Soak the red chilies in vinegar for Β½ hour
  • Add the soaked Red chilli (along with the vinegar in which it was soaked), Salt, sugar and jeera in a grinder and grind them.
  • After grinding, add the tomato ketchup, and grind once again to make a fine paste.
  • The Amazing Red Chili Sauce is ready! YUM πŸ™‚
  • Note: Store the RED CHILI SAUCE in Airtight Container
